Máximo 5%, una vez cada 12 meses.
Los inquilinos de 65+ o con discapacidad tienen límites menores: 3.5%, o 2.5% con bajos ingresos.
Depende del número de unidades.
A quién cubre
- Edificios con 2 unidades o más.
- No cubre edificios de menos de 30 años.
- No cubre edificios de 2 unidades o menos donde vive el dueño.
- Cubre: Applies to dwellings of three or more units if owner-occupied, or two or more units if not owner-occupied (§ 381-3E).
- Excepciones: Buildings with only one rented unit; motels; hotels; multiple dwellings built after Dec. 23, 1999 (shorter of initial mortgage amortization or 30 years); substantially rehabilitated structures; city rehabilitation program units; licensed rooming houses; HUD/HMFA owned or subsidized housing. Vacancy decontrol for rehabilitated formerly vacant/abandoned units (once per 3 years).
