The Culver City page describes rent stabilization, tenant protections and registration fees (landlord-paid). It describes no local cap on tenant application or screening fees. The state rule, Cal. Civ. Code § 1950.6, governs. The page only mentions proposed new protections such as security deposits, which are not enacted.
