  • Not buildings less than 30 years old.
  • Covers: Covers rental dwellings in Camden, including owner-occupied 1-4 family dwellings, hotels/motels, mobile home parks and Downtown District units.
  • Exemptions: Public housing and government-subsidized units are not subject to the chapter. Units voluntarily vacated are decontrolled until re-occupied. New construction or substantially rehabilitated housing is exempt for 10 years (1-3 family) or 30 years (4+ family).
