Max 10% in 2027 (9.5% in 2026).

Landlords must give 90 days' written notice and can raise rent once in 12 months.

Depends on the year the building was built.

Who it covers

  • Not buildings less than 15 years old.
  • Exemptions: First certificate of occupancy less than 15 years before the notice; government-regulated affordable housing in limited cases; manufactured home tenancies under ORS 90.505-90.850.
